We breed all three beautiful colors of the Labrador Retriever ... black, yellow and chocolate.  We put emphasis on producing intelligent Labs with wonderful temperaments who love to please their owners.  They are happiest when they are included as part of the family ... whether laying on the floor, outside retrieving a ball, going hunting or participating with whatever the family members happen to be doing.

We breed according to the AKC breed standard for the type and temperament that is often referred to in this country as the "English" type.  For many years, we have shown our dogs and have produced AKC champions, service dogs and great hunters as well as wonderful family companions.

It greatly saddens me to  tell you that, after a courageous battle with cancer, Linda passed away on October 31, 2009 at age 57.

She will be dearly missed by her family and many, many friends.  And, by her many 4-legged companions.  Linda was a wonderful friend to all in the Labrador community, and a great mentor to many.  Ken intends to continue the breeding program that he and Linda devoted so many years to, and we hope that brings comfort to Ken and their son Aaron.
